I was skeptical after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with my pedicure today! He was friendly, attentive and did a really good job! It’s not the tidiest looking but the tools came out of a sanitizer and probably the best pedicure I’ve had in Penticton 🤷♀️
First time here for a pedicure. My nails were in bad shape and they did a great job making them look perfect. Also did a hot stone massage. Smoothed out calluses. Service was very good and unlike other nail bars I have been to here, they were on time. I have had to wait up to 30 minutes at other places. Good location, lots of free parking.
Hires family not properly trained. Refuses to show certification. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau. Injured/ cut after getting the worst pedicure I've ever had. Will not take accountability or stand behind it. Poor service/ Poor attitude.
Sam has been doing my nails for about 2 years and they are always perfect and amazing. These are my favorite so far! Thank youuu for being awesome 🩷
