Originally went for shellac, but turned to gel since I got nail extensions (they were very long at first, but they can be clipped to your desired length – watching the fake nails fly was fun). I have been coming to Cute-icles for a few years now, and I have to say, I don’t think I can go anywhere else. Other salons are rough, have made me bleed, and are not careful. However, everyone at cute-icles is kind, and gentle. I have never had a bad experience. They really make you feel comfortable and welcomed.
I had a very painful and disappointing experience at this salon. I specifically asked for only an upper lip wax, but the technician went ahead and waxed my lower chin area without asking for my permission. Only after the service did she inform me there would be extra charges for something I never agreed to. To make matters worse, the wax was far too hot and actually burned my skin. I'm now dealing with painful, irritated areas that should never have happened with proper care and professionalism. This was both physically pain... read more
I’ve come here a few times as they do good extension nails however, today I had an underarm wax and a pedicure. I want to start off my saying the lady that serviced me was very sweet and tried to accommodate me but there was a bit of a language barrier which made it difficult to tell her want I wanted.
