Happy with my gel manicure
I’ve tried this place several times. The pedicure itself is fine, but they badger you to get more expensive services. The last time I went this week, she kept asking me to get gel and was rude when I said no, repeatedly. I won’t be back. I should not be made to feel guilty for “only” spending $32.
Employee physically held me and wouldn’t let me leave. I had on builder gel nails that were cracking so I asked the nail artist to fully remove the set, cut my real nails down, and add tips. She was not understanding what I was saying after I explained it multiple times and her coworkers explained it. She got up and walked away for a few minutes without saying anything, then comes back and says I’m not doing your nails. Keep in mind all she had done was cut one nail a bit shorter. Been here twice, previously I was pleased with the work. This time my feet aren't done well and I have nail polish on my fingers and under my nails that wasn't cleaned up. Also, did not get a proper manicure with cleaned up cuticles. I won't be back. I paid $120 and I have to finish what they didn't do.
