Horrible customer service. Absolutely no customer interaction. I was scolded numerous times to “relax” even though she was squeezing my fingers til it hurt. She burned and clipped my skin. Torture and ruined my supposed treat.
I had a pedicure with Vivian today and she was amazing. She took her time, was friendly, and really took pride in her work. I will definitely return!
Thanks Cute-icle Nails & Spa for another job well done. (Van) had been doing my nails & designs and she delivers quality to my satisfaction. Nancy does my Pedi and takes care of my toes (even removes my ingrowns) without uncomfortable pain.
My wife went twice, and both times her hands and toes were cut and bled. I will never come again！！！！
