Dropped off some items today to get serviced and sharpened. Dalton greeted me when I walked in, and this dude has the best etiquette, attention to detail, and guest service skills. I’m definitely still a fan of Cutco and proud of it, 25 years later. Keep up the great work & THANK YOU Dalton!
I've visited this shop at least 2 times now. The first time was to ask whether they sharpen Cutco knives there. The answer was sometimes they do depending on the condition of the knife. A few weeks later I came back with my knife. They decided to send it to the factory in NYC. I didn't have to pay for the shipping if I pick it up from the store again when it is ready.
