Psychological manipulation of the people attempting to work for you is quite scary. You recruit high school kids, or fresh out, just starting college, and the videos and lectures they listen to are "cult" like, VERY heavy on the psychology of "do better, this person is doing better than you", thought process through false praise. Dalton was really helpful when I came here to purchase a Mother’s Day gift, which was the “super shears” that my mother recently lost (but owned for ~2 decades). He also quickly went over some of the perks of buying their products, which I had no idea about. Thanks again for the help, Dalton!

The vector marketing that is affiliated with this company is racist and is not a good job for students as they attempt to claim. My attempts to be heard have been ignored or treated as if I didn’t exist, I hope cutco does a better job at hiring and paying those who promote their products because I have made a mission to deter future and current customers from supporting this company. Thank you but no thank you!

I purchased my first Cutco knife over 30 years ago and have continued to purchase more. Cutco knives make the best wedding present, housewarming gift or a set for your special chef. We are very lucky to have a store in Wilmette where we can view the knives, get knives sharpened (for FREE) and ship knives as gifts. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Cutco knives stay sharp forever and are dishwasher safe. All home cooks need a set of Cutco knives.
