I have never been treated as anything other than a nuisance when in this store. If you are not part of their clique, don't expect to be treated with anything more than contempt! Today I made the mistake of sending a friend to this shop as they had shown a piece of fabric on their FB feed that I knew she would love. She was also treated with the same level of contempt. I'm so over these "Bertha Better Than You's". I drive all the way to Seaside Sewing in New Smyrna, because they know customer service!!!!
Today was the first time I was in the shop & Pat could not have been more helpful. I look forward to going back frequently.

I was in earlier in March. I bought two fantastic machines. Baby Lock Cresendo. And Baby Lock Meridan Intuition Embroidery machine. I love them both. I especially love the walking foot on the Cresendo. This machine is great and I can’t wait to learn all the great stitches and functions! Ditto on the Meridan. Look forward to learning more and more on both machines! Thanks Pat

I attended the TenSisters Easy Piecing class today. I was amazed at the concept of the grid panels and how easy it was to sew the squares together. I will use the grid panels going forward for my quilts. I learned new tips/tricks and met some great people in class. Pat does an excellent job of sharing her knowledge and skills with students. The staff are happy to help students find exactly what they need to finish the project. Thank you for having this class today. I enjoyed it a lot.
I can't say enough about this shop. They were very generous and helpful when Halifax Health Auxiliary was in need of sewing machines for their Stitch & Knit department. Pat and the staff were extremely helpful, listening to our requirements and making recommendations. 🤗🤗👍👍
