I go to Terry and she does a wonderful job everything.
I honestly hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience upset me enough that I feel like people should know before spending their money here. I went into this salon asking for dark brown hair with some dimension. What I walked out with looked like bleached blonde chunky highlights. It was nothing like the photo I showed or the color we discussed. I left the appointment with wet hair, so I didn’t fully realize how bad it looked until I got home and it dried.
