I called on them this passed Sunday around 3pm, told them i had a leaking water line, they told me they over here the next day which was this past Monday, next day cathy from there called, i called back and i guess the old head boss answered and said they call us back when they finished the job they are on, meanwhile we been out of water, not professional, if you're gonna call your self professional atleast act like it.
Needed new toilet installed and another toilet unplugged. Staff very professional. Excellent response time. Great service for the money. Will definitely use again.
I had a major clog that affected both of my toilets and bathtubs. The guys that came knew exactly what was wrong in a few minutes. They were very knowledgeable and polite. Also, what I was charged was sooo reasonable for an hour worth of work! I will call them again when needed! Thank you again Cut Rate Sewer & Drain!!!
