Saturday I brought in a Chevy Impala after Cut Rate had already closed. I called them and they had me come in. (Very much appreciated and one of the two things I can say positive about the business) The car needed to have a very easy and cheap part replaced to drive safely which was taken care of quickly. I appreciated that they took me in after hours and the woman was kind. The prices are very reasonable I know they have one reputable mechanic but as for the rest of the crew well? Three out of the four times we had repairs done we had to return to have them done right this makes sense given their name. I mean what did I expect going to a shop named cut-rate.
