The gentleman who served us was very good, he was helpful and had a lot of knowledge about his products, we were looking for a bedroom carpet, which I bought from them. When the fitter arrived he was friendly, and did a good job even putting the bed back for me.

I am very pleased with the service I ordered from Andy. Smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The whole apartment was done in three stages, the carpet crew was always on time as we agreed.

Awful service! Went in to pick out the carpet we would like to have fitted, choose a date to get the rooms measured. Andy didn’t even turn up with no call to say he wasn’t able to come so sat waiting for over an hour! Then rang him the next day and he said that he was ill, which is fine but bit of communication would of been nice! Then whilst on the phone with him he said can I ring you back in 10 mins, said yes that fine then no attempt to ring me back all day.
