Review 2: I’ve been a loyal customer of Hai for over three years, I have referred several friends. He’s always been quick, and his work was generally solid. However, my most recent visit was incredibly disappointing. I came in for a haircut and, as usual, showed him reference photos. He directed me to a chair that still had fresh hair clippings on it and a used cape—clearly not cleaned.
