I have gone to Elsie since 1995 and love her and her crew! Precision cuts at a ridiculously low price!
Living in Lake Mary, I found this salon - I had my very long hair highlighted. She did NOT listen to my instructions and barely highlighted my hair and charged me $90 - that is outrageous - in total I paid $115 plus a $20 tip. When it dried, it was obvious - there was hardly any blonde - so, she put "toner" in my hair and when she washed it, she kept rubbing my long hair together and nearly dreadlocked it with so many knots - it took me 1 hour and 40 minutes with two bottles of some leave in conditioner to comb it out - anot... read more
