This place was filthy, slipped on multiple colors of hair! Told her I like to pin my hair up and I wear hat's, so keep the length at least mid neck or shoulder length. Felt fingers when she made first cut on back of neck, looked at 8" of my hair fall to the hairy floor. I asked "why did you do that"? Woman with very thick accent repeatedly sad 'trust me, trust me, this is good for you'. Asked her to at least leave the sides longer, she cut sides off up to my upper lip line. The old, shorter hair, short lady gave me the most uneven hair cut. She didnt even hold my hair for tension. She just started chopping with scissors and once she messed e part up she would go shorter and try evening it. It was up to my earlobes by the time she was done, and STILL crooked!

Totally bad experience!!!! First lady didn't speak English which is fine, but then when she wanted my hair it was with freezing water which ran all the way down my back my shirt and pants soaked. Got soap in my eye and ears didn't even use a towel to dry my hair. Then had to stand up most of the time for her to cut my hair. then I personally had to dry and straighten and style my own hair, I had to ask for help from the lady that was sitting there not working at all to help curl the back of my hair I paid $25 for a haircut a... read more
