Great group of guys work hard and the work shows
Very poor customer service. Called in April to set up sprinkler start up. Was told I was put on the schedule. Middle of May called to see what was going on and was told they are too busy and will not be able to service us. Very poor customer service.
their truck drivers exhibited quite rude behavior on the road
Set up service with this company months prior to the mowing season. Singed a contract and they never showed up to service the property this spring. When trying to contact them we were informed they no longer wish have us as a customer. Now the grass is a foot long and every other landscaping company is overbooked. Poor communication and poor customer service.
Extremely unprofessional. Too much time spent sitting and talking rather than working. Despite having to cut lawns in a whole subdivision, it shouldn’t take from 8am to 4pm. Staring at bystanders and whispering amongst coworkers isn’t very polite either. Plus if you must spend your break on someone’s lawn, it’s not appropriate to lay on it pelvic area down in front of someone’s house like you’re attempting to reproduce with it
