I had a very concerning experience with this company this morning. While driving my children to a dentist appointment in 5° weather, with black ice reported and multiple accidents on the expressway, I was traveling cautiously in the slow lane with my hazard lights on. Great group of guys work hard and the work shows
Very poor customer service. Called in April to set up sprinkler start up. Was told I was put on the schedule. Middle of May called to see what was going on and was told they are too busy and will not be able to service us. Very poor customer service.
their truck drivers exhibited quite rude behavior on the road
Set up service with this company months prior to the mowing season. Singed a contract and they never showed up to service the property this spring. When trying to contact them we were informed they no longer wish have us as a customer. Now the grass is a foot long and every other landscaping company is overbooked. Poor communication and poor customer service.
