BUYER BEWARE of CUT KNUCKLE FIREWOOD! Purchased 2 cords of oak firewood for $425 from Taylor's Facebook marketplace. They dropped off 1.3 cords of mixed hardwood about 25% rotten. Messaged and spoke with Taylor and four different times he said he would come to my house to see and discuss the issue...he never showed up. Instead Aaron comes and drops off 0.1 cords. Expert advice from Taylor on all the trees on the property. They did tree trimming and one tree removed. Crew was very efficient and left the property better than when they found it. True professionals. Will use again.
Completely unprofessional and hid valuable information that ultimately resulted in land mitigation due to the area my home is in. Was even informed by one of the employees that he just so happened to “forgot” to tell us this key factor about where our house was located. This key factor would have delayed the tree removal service due to required approval from the city prior to tree removal.
