Unprofessional and Rude – Would Not Recommend I reached out to Cutknuckle a couple of months ago for a tree removal estimate and wanted to wait before posting this review to remain anonymous. When I initially called, the owner answered directly—no receptionist or answering service—which isn’t necessarily an issue, but he was abrupt and asked me to text him my information instead. Taylor and his team are excellent. They talk you through the project, their prices are reasonable, and the finished product is as promised. Great work!
From start to finish, all workers were working in unison with everyone. Everything and everyone worked together which made the entire day end very well .
After getting what I thought was a high estimate, I emailed the owner to thank him for his time but that I was going to get more estimates and not use his services. He replied with an insult. Update: I just happened to be looking at reviews I've left and noticed this business actually replied to my review. I had only been in my house about 3 months when we had a hurricane.
