I’ve recently started taking classes here and have tried mat pilates, yoga, and reformer pilates. I’ve honestly liked all of them! Such good energy from the instructors I especially loved my reformer class with Sarah Meyerson. Her classes are tough in a good way. Lots of muscle burn and shaking for me, and I was definitely sore after. Her energy and playlist were the best!!! You can tell she really knows what she’s doing.
