Great workout and great vibes!
It’s been over a year and I love the xformer workouts. I’ve lost 45pnds and gained 10pnds of muscle, my physique has changed dramatically. I started with modifying most moves and using the balance bars, everyone was supportive and kept up the encouragement. I feel stronger than ever and love having more energy.
I can’t say enough great things about the studio. I have been to many different Pilates studios and Cut & Flow is hands down my favorite. The community is warm and welcoming and it has truly become a second home. I have been coming here for 5 years and I have no intention of stopping!
I seriously can’t say enough good things about Cut and Flow Pilates. I absolutely love this place. I love the staff, I love the atmosphere, and I especially love the community they’ve created. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. There’s just something about walking in and immediately feeling like you belong.
