1-Star Review for Cut and Flow Studio – SCAM TACTICS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Absolutely terrible experience. My pregnant wife has been trying to cancel her membership with Cut and Flow Studio, and the entire process has been a nightmare. First off, she has been paying without being able to attend because she is pregnant with a high risk of preeclampsia. Kassie is fantastic! I absolutely adore the studio and the staff. They keep everything super clean. They even provide free mats and towels. Both studios are amazing. I started with a class pass, but I’ll definitely be back!
Cut and Flow is simply the best! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive—they guide you through each class with so much care and attention to detail. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, you always feel seen and challenged in the best way. And the front desk team? Top tier. Always warm, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. The whole vibe of the studio is positive, professional, and just feels good to be in. Can’t recommend it enough!

I cannot say enough good things about this studio!!! The community, the Xformer classes, the staff, and the expertise is top notch! I have not only benefited physically, but mentally as well! I love you Cut & Flow so much!! 🤍🤍
