Very nice place with professional and experienced instructors. I was suffering from a hip injury and hip opening class by Staci completely helped me after month of suffering from my accident. The reformers Pilates goes too fast for my pace but it is still a very good and active class. So far I have not had any negative experience and I suggest everyone traveling or in the area to try this studio.
I did a month of classes with my wife and it was actually a really good workout. If you listen and go slow you will have a really good workout. But if you rush the moves and don’t follow the instructor then you will not get the most out of it! Great place, great people!
