Cut & Flow Pilates has truly become my happy place. The environment is supportive, welcoming, and uplifting every single time. Had my first class at the Bothell location today and I'm DEFINITELY returning! The staff was so friendly and welcoming when I arrived. The studio is very clean and well kept. The yoga class I attended was a little more strenuous than expected, but it felt really good to challenge myself and feel accomplished afterwards I can't wait to attend more classes!
Great place. Olivia is a great instructor and she was amazing. First time here and I highly recommend this place :)
