Kassie is fantastic! I absolutely adore the studio and the staff. They keep everything super clean. They even provide free mats and towels. Both studios are amazing. I started with a class pass, but I’ll definitely be back!
Cut and Flow is simply the best! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive—they guide you through each class with so much care and attention to detail. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, you always feel seen and challenged in the best way. And the front desk team? Top tier. Always warm, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. The whole vibe of the studio is positive, professional, and just feels good to be in. Can’t recommend it enough!

Will and Jeni are some great instructors, their flows just flow. I was able to vnyasa with my breath in their classes, this is very rare, they timed it very well and his instructions are smooth. Music is not too loud and they both have impecable choices of songs. Love them both and love the staff, they are so welcoming. The studio is a great spot.
