This is probably one of the best studios I’ve ever attended. The classes are small and offered all day long. I’m always greeted by a friendly smile and the instructors are amazing. What I love more than anything is that it does not smell like an old sweaty gym. It’s always clean and fresh.
I love it here and it’s been amazing to start my fitness journey at cut + flow!!!
Cut and Flow is such a fun studio! Ive been having a great time getting back into yoga here. I enjoy the variety of classes and time options. All the instructors are great in their own unique way, too. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. The studio is very nice and clean. The props provided are always in great condition.
This is my first time coming here and doing yoga and I have to say it has been nothing but a positive experience from the moment I walked through the doors! Being new and trying new things is hard but feeling welcomed so much by everyone has been truly amazing! Jenni has definitely been my favorite yoga instructor so far and I’ve done 2 of her classes just this week! I bought a month pass and I have been everyday since I signed up!
