I LOVE, LOVE Cut and Flow! The staff there are very nice, helpful and encouraging! It is easy for me to keep motivated and going. I enjoy the many class options that they provide. They also offer different events and mini competitions to keep things interesting and fun😊 I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to work out and a wonderful sense of community!
Overall I am enjoying my experience at cut and flow. The facility is very well kept and everyone is extremely kind. I feel very comfortable coming here. The coaches and staff are all wonderful. Jenni’s vinyasa class is what keeps me coming back
Love them both and love the staff, they are so welcoming. The studio is a great spot.

My pregnant wife has been trying to cancel her membership with Cut and Flow Studio, and the entire process has been a nightmare. First off, she has been paying without being able to attend because she is pregnant with a high risk of preeclampsia.
