DONT COME HERE Cut Creators has a salon suite in Decatur, Georgia address 2962 Ember Dr with a tattoo/piercer named Star her @ is fivestarinkatl using jewelry that is standardly too small for the type of piercing being serviced and then will try to blame you when it started to sink even though clearly in the video of putting the ball back on it is already very swollen and red so putting the ball back on, had nothing to do with the initial reaction.
