These guys messed up my wife's appointment. They scheduled her for 8 am. We arrived at 7:45 and they told us we were an hour late and would need to reschedule. My wife used vacation time for this so I got a little frustrated and showed them the appointment card they previously gave us showing 8:00. The receptionist was rude and refused to acknowledge the mistake. After speaking with another person they agreed to accommodate my wife. Dr. Lowery renewed my faith in dentists after having a bad experience with my previous dentist that seriously eroded my trust in the profession. He is a skilled dentist, who is conscientious and friendly, and I feel fortunate to have found his practice. The office itself seems very well run. The staff are all very personable, kind, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. In fact I have on numerous occasions.
