I was having an issue at my store and needed assistance. I asked them for help and they were very kind to me and allowed me to use their facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'm grateful for their help.

This lady gave me the worst haircut of my life! She kept cutting one side more then the other and saying no no and then kept walking away to a different room. I should have known it was going to be bad after she kept doing that. She gave me a 70s mullet when the picture I showed her was a layer haircut.

Donnie, the owner, is fabulous. He cut my mother in laws hair, Margie, for years She had dementia, we tried many hairdressers which was abysmal for all involved. She loved his beautiful skill. Now, Brad and recently myself all go. He's a wonderful and precise hairdresser. Thank you Donnie...

Called in early on a Monday because my normal place was closed out of nowhere. They were able to squeeze me in for a wet cut later that afternoon at 4pm. When I got there I was at their mercy and I knew they would be closing at 5pm. To my surprise April was so accommodating. She washed, cut, and styled.
