Went around noon for a quote on a haircut after work, door locked with a sigh that said appointment only which is not a problem, I proceed to call her and she informs me it's by appointment only (which is no problem) so I ask when I can get an appointment and she just says she's not taking any new clients on( which is okay but Atleast indicate it somewhere) .. Keep in mind this whole conversation was on the phone while she was standing behind the locked door at 1 pm. Horrible attitude terrible service would not reccomend.

Pauline has been cutting my hair for approx. 35 years, she has always been courteous, professional and accommodating. I cannot even imagine going anywhere else. If there were any higher than a 5 Star rating I would certainly give it.
