Custom Sunroom performed a 17’ X 84’ patio cover roof for me and did an amazing job . Daniel and Andres were a true pleasure to work with. Daniel and his company are excellent! Our project involved design and construction to cover our deck. Beautiful cedar construction, engineered posts and footings, perfect paint and stain, matching roof, perfect! On time, cleaned up worksite promptly and left us a wonderful space to enjoy. I highly recommend choosing this business for your home projects.
These men brought me to a project where they did an addition on the front and back and it needed a roof. They tried to get the homeowners to get a total new roof but they couldn't afford it. I told the homeowners that the new roof wouldn't match no matter what because the old roof looked 10 years old (8 they said but it had wear and tear which indicated it was older). The best referral I got from my neighbor who also had a sunroom built. Ours ended up being more of an addition to our house with 400 new square feet. Honesty is Daniel and Andre’s best quality. We consider them our new friends. I think the permit office know this company is honest and top quality work because they got permits quickly and inspections always passed.
I cannot say enough good things about Custom Sunroom. The whole experience from start to finish was great. We had our patio converted to a sunroom and Daniel had the great idea of adding a deck to our project that truly did bring the whole project together. It’s now our favorite space in our house and it looks incredible. They do quality work, the team was easy to work with, and we couldn’t be happier! The longest part was waiting for the city permits, but after that, the project went quickly.
