Custom Classics likes to do work on your car without having you sign off on it in the first place and then expects you to pay for it. I dropped my car off there so my insurance could come out and do an estimate. My insurance wrote up the estimate and gave it to Custom. Custom did not reach out to me to ok the estimate/amount I would owe but they proceeded to fix my car without my ok. Excellent body work and customer service!! I had an insurance claim and they made it easy to work with the rental car company too.
