What a wonderful experience working with Tim Reid and Customized Security Solutions! This was a recommendation and so glad we went with them. They set us up quickly. We had a bad switch and they gave us some options for replacement. He explained everything in detail once set up and it works great. He’s even answered a couple of questions we’ve had since then. Highly recommend if you want someone knowledgeable, straight forward and gives you options when needed.

I wanted residential cameras but didn't want to be locked in to a monthly fee/subscription. I also wanted multiple wired cameras and not something based on Wi-Fi. Tim and his team were able to set me up with exactly what I needed. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable through the whole process. I plan on adding a few more cameras next year. I highly recommend this company!
Tim is very professional, knowledgable and was very concerned about finding the best solution for my security needs. The alarm system, which is so easy to use, was all installed and working within one business day. The installation team were also wonderful. When I had a followup question Tim’s response was prompt and helpful. I couldn’t recommend CSS more.
