I’ve been going to Custom Eyes since coming back to Chicago several years ago. I can’t speak highly enough about the team. Dr. Pfeiffer is super knowledgeable, kind, and fully engaged with you each step of the way. Each year I go in for my exam I’m always met with warmth, kindness, and enthusiasm to help find the perfect frames. I always feel like it’s a collaboration and I consistently leave with a frame that I feel great wearing. A+++ - thanks, as always!

Stopped by to get popped lense fixed that required fixing the wire in the frame as well. Mary got up instantly and not only fixed that asap but also adjusted my frame to my liking. All that with the broadest smile and no charge. Phenomenal!!!
