Very frustrated. Your phone system is terrible as I have called on five different occasions and have still yet to get a human being on the phone. It’s a shame I will go somewhere else
The staff made me feel Welcome as soon as I walked in. The atmosphere.. warm comfy relaxed feeling. When I went in for my exam i wasn't stressed like I would be normally. Very friendly staff all eager to help and made sure I was comfortable.. Thank you all for that great experience. I will recommend this place to everyone .
Dr. Rohrer is the best and most thorough optometrist I’ve ever had. Listens, provides suggestions and explanations. Patient with children too. Anyone commenting about the price of glasses should consider that a small business prioritizing quality cannot offer the same prices as commercialized stores. This is something to consider with any independent optometrist (and they do price match at least). However you may regret choosing cheap lenses so be careful there!
