Wish there was a way to rate the Doctors and frames department staff separately. Dr. Rohrer is amazing! One of the best optometrists I've ever had and I've lived overseas before. The staff in the frames department, however, are terrible! Kept acting like every little adjustment was an offense and tried to tell me that things were normal when they weren't! Clearly lazy individuals who don't know how to do an honest job. Hope they replace these women because they were just lazy, rude, and easily replaceable. One literally kick... read more

Very frustrated. Your phone system is terrible as I have called on five different occasions and have still yet to get a human being on the phone. It’s a shame I will go somewhere else
