Incredible service! They take time to help you pick out frames that look good on you. Best of all is the follow up service. Every time I’ve bent my frames, they welcome me back with open arms and adjust them. Would not buy glasses anywhere else!
The team is very diligent and thoughtful when it comes to addressing your vision needs. I feel very welcomed at each visit. Even though I needed special order lenses and frames, they were still able to deliver it in a timely manner.
They have a very incompetent receptionist that tried to charge me for my planned contact lenses exam, saying I can get either/or contact lenses or prescription glasses, which is a total scam. If I hadn't read my prior insurance information, they would have got double paid for an exam. Also, due to this bad experience, I didn't go back for my contact lenses training yet they charged me the full amount, and I can't get it for another calendar year.
