Jeremy and Sirena was wonderful and service was amazing
This location customer service is trash!! Made appt online at 10am. Appt was for 2p. Got there and they took over hour just to verify insurance. They never wanna use the vision insurance only medical so they get paid MORE. I was born at night not last night!!!! Never will return!!!!!
I had a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Damani was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly during my exam. I never felt rushed and truly felt cared for. Sirena, the optician, was amazing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable while helping me choose my glasses, making the process easy and enjoyable. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!
I've been going to Custom Eyes for over 10 years. I've seen all three doctors there (Damani, May, Patel), and they're all great. The office staff has also been friendly and helpful. They're pretty much right on time for appointments and appointments aren't rushed - there is plenty of time to bring up any questions/concerns. I've also been able to schedule appointments same day/next day multiple times.
