I could give 0 stars if I could. I have been coming here for years and the service was always wonderful until one incident occurred. I am going to keep my name anonymous but I have been coming to this location for years because I only live 10 minutes away. WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD! i just walked in at 3pm with extreme pain due to adhesive burn to the eye & they got me in & out by 3:45!! the staff was absolutely AMAZING & so kind! very thorough & caring! this is how a business should be ran! thank you so much to all the staff & doctor! love the girl who got her eyelashes done
I'll just say, know your insurance front to back. When I made an appointment i made a point to confirm they are in network and they stated they were. Well, they are in network except for the LIST of contacts my insurance covers. They straight up lied to me and told me the contacts on the list were outdated and out of production. Let's get a raise of hands of the people that still use acuvue🤦♀️ because they choose not to carry covered contacts with insurance, you don't get the covered contacting fitting either, instead they... read more
Excellent experience! Dr Patel was wonderful. Quick and easy appointment! Best part was they did not need to dilate my eyes as they have a camera that replaces eye dilation.
They are so awesome. Dr. Damani is the best and very informative. She answered all my questions and concerns on top of explaining the results to my the ultrasound of the back of my eyes. The tech that worked with me was very patient and kind. They also have a great manager, Aurora. She helped me with everything and I was able to get my new glasses the same day. Definitely will continue being a patient here.
