Fixed stuff they wouldn’t fix. Bought our own appliances, because they wouldn’t fix our replace one they didn’t work. Found out we were building a house and they jacked up our rent exponentially for the last 2 years while we built. Paid for carpet cleaning when we left after 6 years. Fixed drywall and paint form normal wear and tear. Did everything they asked and were maintenance free tenants. Just an absolute joke. Gave us less than 100.00 back of our deposit. Stay away.
The renters found by Customer Driver Realty were terrible. The former tenants were evicted after missing 2 month of rent and having the water turned off by the city. The rental was destroyed, and over 1,4000 lbs of garbage was removed from the house. After the eviction I asked to see the background check that Customer Driven Realty performed.
