Service and product is excellent, very fast and efficient with great interface for ordering, design approval, questions and comments. Unfortunately the pins were put onto backing cards backwards (despite design approval confirmation) which has meant a few hours of rework to resolve prior to an event. We were offered a 10% discount off future orders as compensation but no real apology or resolution for the error. Could have made more of an effort in this area. What an Incredible company this is. Jamie and the Team made it so easy to personalise the bands for my partner’s birthday festival. Great communication and so happy with the product.
These guys are the BEST!!! Not only are the products reasonably priced, their customer service is amazing, they’re so helpful and quick with orders and keep you in the loop throughout the whole process. Our custom designed wristbands are well made and our music students love wearing them!
