Service and product is excellent, very fast and efficient with great interface for ordering, design approval, questions and comments. Unfortunately the pins were put onto backing cards backwards (despite design approval confirmation) which has meant a few hours of rework to resolve prior to an event. We were offered a 10% discount off future orders as compensation but no real apology or resolution for the error. Could have made more of an effort in this area.
