I believe this company is out of business. We bought $10,000 of motorized blinds two years ago. They were installed improperly and never fixed. I was told last year that the company has gone out if business but they still are listed on Google. If you call the phone number, it just says, "the call cannot go through". So I don't know what is going on with them, but if they are still in business, do not use them!
Good product and initial installation several years back, but getting individual shades and motors serviced or replaced has repeatedly been difficult and time-consuming, with numerous follow-up calls required from me. They've been disorganized and seemed very understaffed for the large territory they cover. Not a one-time problem, but an ongoing difficulty with service and maintenance every time.
