We had an 11a appointment to get new tires and balanced. Arrived at 10:30a to drop off vehicle. Received a call over an hour later about a pricing error (would be $300+ more than quoted Day prior). Company agreed to waive labor. Returned at 2:30p to get vehicle. It had been taken off site...tires still not changed. Got our vehicle, left with same tires, will NOT return.
