I once sent an email for a "service" on an 04 foreign bike and the man never responded! After looking at how horrible he treats his customers over the internet im very glad he didnt. This man is the embodiment of all that is wrong with this great country. Business men like him are why this country will lose to china... Very Sad.
Visited their (very outdated) website to submit a service request, (which they apparently don’t do anymore) and I was responded to with a lot of sarcasm, and the person then began to tell me people like me (who submit service requests..?) are the reason he stopped working his old job and now he’s much happier! Didn’t really seem that way though, as he was very upset with me for no reason in his email and seemed to want to do his best to make me have a horrible experience with this hole-in-the-wall of a bike shop.
The owner is GREAT! I sent him an email regarding my husband's motorcycle needing tires put on it. Every other shop that we called to ask if they could (at the MINIMUM) put the tires on the wheels said that because of the age of the bike they could not do it. One google search later and we are 100% satisfied customers. Muggzy (I am still not sure what his name is) responded to my email inquiry so quickly, his pricing is definitely more than fair, he did the job quickly, & he did it well.
