We get many calls about duct cleaning “deals” that are clearly scams. Custom Vac Limited on Logan is a local company that we’ve used many times and used again this August. Their service techs are great. Very informative and efficient. They go above and beyond and do a great job. No I’m not a friend or relative, just a happy customer.

Exceptional service. Goes above and beyond to addressing issues that need attention. They took time to diagnose, clean and give professional advice. I don’t know why people are commenting expensive. They want to make sure the work is done right. Very affordable for the time and effort they put to on. Knowledgeable with all makes and models. Expect top service if you are lucky to get their service. They are busy.
I have used Custom Vac for all my Duct cleaning, furnace and air conditioner maintenance for several years now. Including once when my air conditioner died last summer and they were there the very next day. Even though both my units are on the old side there was no pressure to upgrade or replace. A crew years ago, the first time they maintained the furnace there were a few small issues and they were able to replace the parts for minimal charge and problem solved any issues.
