I got line x put in my truck this morning at the Huntsville location. I would say the customer service is bordering on nonexistent. They made my appointment for 8am and I showed up at 8 am. I was waiting for my truck to be ready as I did not have a ride home and back. At 1130 I stepped outside to make a call and noticed that my truck had not yet been touched. Got my truck back from CTU in Auburn today. I had a 6 inch suspension lift put on my F-250 and on the way home I heard a bad popping sound. This is what I found when I got home. Oh. And Jeff at CTU told me I have a popping sound coming from my drivers side steering arm that it needed to be replaced (how do you let a truck out of your shop like this).
