We purchased a brand new F550 service truck in Sept 2020 for 125k, which we paid in full. We didn't actually take delivery until Nov 2020, due to multiple equipment issues and defective paint prep work. We I had to refuse delivery twice and attempted to refuse a third time due to additional defective body paint issues. I bought a truck several months ago. Wrote a check for $160k. Left the factory and two hours later the truck broke down. The people at the factory where no help. Had to call for a tow and find the freightliner dealer and stay the night in a hotel, rent a car to get back to the factory and I lost 24hrs of my time. They won’t even reimburse me. There word is nothing. They claim to be a family caring Buisness. I wonder if they would not pay one of there workers if they had been stranded for 12hrs delivering a truck with no pay.... read more

great job with many opportunities
I would definitely recommend working for CTOS. I currently work out of the Tampa branch in the accounting department, and have nothing but good things to say about the managers at this location. In addition, I have yet to come across anybody in the company that has not been friendly towards me and those who I work around. I am very fortunate to work under two managers who continue to make a very positive impact in my day-to-day life working at CTOS.
I would not recommend this company.
