Outstanding Service! The parts rep provided exceptional service and went above and beyond expectations. He understood that I was down and made sure the part I needed was ready by the time my driver arrived. Truly appreciated his urgency and support!
It took a bit to do diagnostic, as per Paccar solution they did all steps according to requirements, issue was found, part ordered, installed fast - I surprised how low was the bill for 2.5 days in compare to PB in Charlotte, NC and PB in West Columbia, SC locations.... - thank you team for putting me back to work!!!
Peterbilt dealers are known for exceptional service and going the extra mile for their customers. In over 20 years in the industry, I've NEVER had a bad experience in a Peterbilt dealer. Well... this one, not so much. I was shocked by how rude and dismissive the parts man was. He looked at the part I brought in and told me, "I dont have that," in an annoyed voice. Which I replied.
