This company will take everything brand-new out of your vehicle replace it with 10 year old parts and get every company trying to help through your insurance to lie to. there's no way a 2 year old vehicle(bought brand new one month ago) could have a 10 year old battery in it. My Husband Came To Fix His Truck Again, which was not done right. They "Fixed it" It Was Not Done Right. My husband went and showed the manager. Who yes said that was not right and said they would fix it again. Took the truck in and then received a phone call saying they wouldn't fix the truck. My husband then went in to be told they had not done this job. That " he probably had his cousin or brother or family member had done this job" Racist because we are hispanics. I read about this company as Custom at first and then saw that it had been acquired by Gerber. I was impressed by the reviews and the service that they offered such as free loaner cars. I went over and stopped at the shop and spoke with a nice young man named Braxton. He informed me that the new owners had decided not to purchase the loner vehicles and continue the offer of free loaner cars, however, that they still might be able to offer me one anyways.
