Unfortunately, my family and I had a horrible experience with Custom Systems HVAC. They installed a new HVAC system in our house approximately two years ago. In December of 2021, we lost heat. Three employees spent over eight hours at our house, managed to fix the heat, but told us the AC would need more work. Given that it was December, we were okay with this information.
