Edited after 7 months. I give it a one because the barbers did not greet or acknowledge me when I came in; I sat 30 min waiting for someone to offer me service. Some barbers sat while on their phones and would immediately service several people who after me so I left. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me here. The last time I waited about an hour for a barber to ask me who I’m waiting for and I told him I just needed a trim from anyone available.
