VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!!! We took our boat here in March 2020. VERY dissatisfied with his work. We can feel the wood through upholstery. They didn’t put the correct padding or not enough padding over the wood or something. Seats are very uncomfortable. Upholstery is wearing in the corners do to minimal padding. Even the stitching & piping looks horrible in a lot of places. Denis is a very nice guy but I would not recommend him. Also, We had him install an extra battery just for our stereo system. RecommendedI reached out to Denis and staff for a small custom project on my 97 Lexus LS400. I immediately felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door with a handshake and introduction. Denis showed interest in my idea immediately where at the other shop I went to first rushed me out the door. Custom Stitch accomplished my project in a timely manner and kept me updated the entire way. I'm big on customer service and Custom Stitch nailed it.
