I had to take over running a 3 liquor store operation in 2014 in southern Indiana and I was immediately introduced to Custom Software. I did not know the first thing about their program. I called the company and they immediately started instructing me on how to utilize their product. They are always very helpful and pleasant. We seem to have more problems with this software than any of the others that we have tried. It was very expensive for the quality of hardware that we were given. There is always a problem with something. The software is horrible to navigate. No way to get your money back. What a disgusting place to do business with.

We use their software in our stores. The interface seems as if it was created by children. The item database is horrific to say the least and you will be expected to fix the problems. The owner is only concerned about getting more money from you.

CAME TO WORK AT 7AM THIS MORNING TO A DEAD SERVER,HAD NO LUCK RESTARTING,CALLED CUSTOM SOFTWARE AND ANDY WAS HERE WITHIN HALF AN HOUR ,ANDY WASN'T HAVING ANY SUCCESS EITHER, HE TOOK COMPUTER TO OFFICE ,HAD IT BACK BEFORE NOON,MADE SURE IT WAS UP AND ALL SYSTEMS WORKING,LIFE SAVERS BECAUSE THIS AN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP AND WE WERE IN A BIND WITHOUT THE COMPUTER ,ALSO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT REASONABLE PRICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
