A consultant came to my home 9/2015 to measure for bedroom and replacement slats in my kitchen. He charged 50%, $223, upfront with a promise for 8-10 weeks turn around. I have called and left messages previously. Now the phones aren't working and emails get kicked back.
I can't recommend these people enough. I'm sure my home sold for more because of the plantation shutters they installed. They look great and are easy to clean.
