Thank you to Custom Rv Repair for the awesome repair work on our 5th wheel trailer. Refrigerator is working and secure ️ Slides coming in and going out properly Table brackets replaced and able to sit a cup of coffee on table without it sliding off. We have a Country Coach Intrigue, and we had a lot of issues with leaks. A lot of mold issues and these guys stepped right up to help. They made attempts to keep cost at a minimum. There was a LOT of reconstruction and work to be done on our Country Coach Intrigue and when we had a family emergency arise they stepped up even further to expedite the work on the coach so we could get on the road to get to our family member in crisis. We absolutely recommend these guys for your RV needs.
Had a furnace blow up a fan on a Tiffin motor home. These folks saved the whole situation. They worked with us and got a replacement scheduled and got it done during a time of tedious circumstances. They rock and will remain on my list of goto places if I'm ever in their area. Greate people and great service.
Wow. We’ve been full-timing for seven years and urgent repairs on the road are always a challenge for us. Not this time. These professionals went above and beyond to give us quality affordable service and worked hard to get us back on the road as soon as possible. If we need future repairs when we’re anywhere even remotely nearby we’ll definitely come back to Custom RV.
Brian and Becky were very efficient, professional. they got the RV Repair done at the agreed upon date, and finished the job timely. Excellent, well run facility in Elkhart.
