I hired this company and it is the worst experience ever. Totally unprofessional. They do not answer calls, do not return calls, will not honor their warranty , etc. I spoke with the owner and he quickly escalated and began yelling on the phone. From my conversation with him, I can see why the customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE THEM. Custom Roofing continues to deliver great service to me and my clients. They just replaced my roof and has done many repairs and re-roofs for my clients.
This company does not return phone calls after several attempts. Terrible customer service!
