My partner and I went here based on a recommendation from a friend. The environment was very casual and the gentleman we spoke to promised us a one to two day turnaround time for a custom design mockup. Then, zero follow up from them. My partner reached out several times and was repeatedly promised images over and over that never got sent to us. Me and my fiancé got our rings here and have had an amazing experience! They create a 3D design of the setting you want so you can try it on and see how it looks on your hand. Very well made and well priced. My family has been coming here for years.
Great job on the ring, but frustrating customer service. The ring I had them work on took a week longer than they said it’d be done by. When it was done, it was almost sent to LA because of how disorganized they are. When it finally came back to the shop, I had to reach out almost 3 days later because it had sat in the shop finished and they had failed to communicate with me than it was done. This is not to overlook their great work and beautiful craftsmanship, but their communication and organization was terrible.
We absolutely loved working with Dave! Will recommend him to everyone we know!
