Hi, me and my wife, Amy are the owners of Boba Haven. I usually don’t like doing reviews, but Jim did so much to help our trailer pass inspection, that I told him I would do a review for him. And we just passed our inspection yesterday! This is our first trailer and the guy who built it, did a very bad job. It was so bad that a lot of the screws were coming loose on the walls and rust formed by the sink and under the counters. I own the Colorado Grill food truck and oh lord when I say Jim and his crew have been the best thing that ever happened to me! Any time I have an issue I text Jim and he would get back to me immediately and what is even better is he will see me immediately on the spot it doesnt make any sense and I know they’re busy but oh boy does he understand that time lost is money lost too!! If your truck has any issue whatsoever, you wouldnt find a better person to work with!! Period!
We absolutely love our truck! We should have gone to him first but ended up going with someone else for our first truck, big mistake. Learn from our lesson don’t go somewhere that is cheap because that is the quality you will receive. Luckily Jim at quality concessions helped us get our new custom truck! He is very knowledgeable with how to build any type of Foodtruck. If you have any questions he is always there with an answer. I highly recommend quality concessions! Thank you Jim!
Jim, Durban and his team have been nothing but great to us. Owning a food trailer was a challenge i decided to take on with no knowledge or idea on how to run one. From the beginning these guys never blew me off even when i didn't have the money yet to own one! lol they met with me and showed me how the trailers work.
