Wow. What a horrible experience. My house flooded. The roof caved in, back in April (2014). I told them I won't pay rent until my house was repaired. They threaten to evict us if we did not pay rent. We were forced to move. We gave them more than a month's notice. We were still charged an additional months rent. This place is ran by crooks
I just went to look at one of there properties to rent and it was disgusting! There were dead cock roaches you know the ones that are about 2/3 inches long. So I called them and asked were they planning on cleaning the apt, and the man said if the apt is not for you to just move on! What kind of customer service is that? Do not rent from them!!! This company is TERRIBLE!!!!! I love the home and neighbor that I rent in but I will be leaving at the end of my lease. I am always on time with my rent except for one time in 3 years. I called in advance to let them know I would be late and the day I would pay. I asked what the late fee would be (because they have a flexible scale!) and I was told $75. Kind of steep but I was a week late so ok. Then I received a letter in the mail stating I owed the late fee of $75 and a delivery fee of $45!!!! This is completely outrageous... read more
, these people at custom property management do not have their stuff together. Will send you a light bill even when you pay your rent on time and claim it's just a human error. They also hand deliver a inspection notice the night before your inspections. They may be good to the landlords. But they are not good to the tenants. They also charged me a late fee when I was outside waiting for them to open just one day after the 2nd.
