On April 21, 2020 Mr. Suddreth with Custom Professional Painting Services came to my home to provide me with an estimate for painting the exterior of the house. I was satisfied with the estimate and my intentions were to have him complete the project. Mr. Suddreth explained that he required 20% upfront due to past experiences of him purchasing materials for a job and then clients canceling the job leaving him with unneeded materials.
