If I could give less than a star I would. I was told that when they sold me the installation, that I would be receiving a 16k tax payment but all I got was a "tax credit". Which means that I only received 7000.00, so I still have to come up with the other 10k between now and October to lower my monthly payment with the loan provider. LIES, LIES, LIES!! Great service! Custom Pro installed my solar system in less than a week. Everything is connected, and I can see my kW usage from my phone application. Super convenient! Thank you; I highly recommend them.
Love the quality of work
This company uses HDM and Thrive to take customers tax credit and puts a UCC Filing on their home without them knowing! They pretend to be the homeowner on the recorded calls.
From start to finish their team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the process.
