The process was easy with no line and my package was shipped same day.
Recently I went to Custom Postal to get a passport photo. The gentleman who assisted me took me to their back hallway and took the image. The hallway was quite dark, and the gentleman said this prevented glare and shadows that they had issues with in the front part of the store. As I looked at the 2 photo copies at the checkout counter, I noticed the background of the photos was quite dark.
