I Had been doing business with them for a while. I dropped off a box recently, it disappeared. The box contained 5k worth of sports memorabilia. The owner said there's nothing he can do. He Claims the ups driver took it but there's no record of it on the ups log, when I went to the ups hub they said there's nothing there. Idk how a big box 78lb box goes missing. I'd recommend going somewhere else!
