Recently I went to Custom Postal to get a passport photo. The gentleman who assisted me took me to their back hallway and took the image. The hallway was quite dark, and the gentleman said this prevented glare and shadows that they had issues with in the front part of the store. As I looked at the 2 photo copies at the checkout counter, I noticed the background of the photos was quite dark. I’ve been a customer for 30+ years. Never an issue. I use their mail service as it gives me a physical address instead of a PO box. Great service
