We have been using Custom Plumbing for several years now. Each time we call, we have the problem fixed within hours. The guys that come to do the work are always friendly and professional and the price is quite reasonable.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I called them to find a water leak, and, they failed to locate the problem and charged me an absurd amount of money for no work. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed it on “frozen pipes,” which was completely false. Even if that had been the case, a reputable company should have offered to come back and address the issue once the pipes thawed.
